How to buy?

The Song and Dance celebration Gift Shop is located at Pärnu mnt 146, Tallinn. You can take a closer look at all the gifts/souvenirs there. We are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Smaller gifts are also available at Sokisahtel shops all around Estonia. Parking is free in front of Pärnu mnt 146.

Buying from our e-store is simple and convenient:

1. Begin by selecting the products and adding them to the shopping basket.

2. Place an order. Make sure to add your contact details.

3. Pay for the purchase using your internet bank according to the invoice you received.

The service is offered by Sokisahtel OÜ, Reg. No. 11894845, VAT No. EE101348962. We accept payments via Maksekeskus (Bank Link and credit card payments), bank transfer, and PayPal. We accept payments in euros. Sokisahtel is the personal data controller and passes required personal data on to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.


Compiling the shopping basket

Begin by selecting the products you like and need, and add them to the shopping basket. Adding products to the shopping basket does not oblige you to purchase them. Feel free to change the content of your shopping basket. To view the items you have added to your shopping basket, click on ‘Have a look at the shopping basket.’

Placing an order

Please insert your contact details into the appropriate fields on the order form. You can pay for the purchase right after finalising the order in the internet bank. The goods will be shipped after the payment has been received. In general, we will keep the goods booked for 24 hours. If you want to book the goods for a longer period of time (up to 5 days), please let us know via the customer service email info@100kingitust.ee

Please choose your preferred method of payment using one of the Maksekeskus links, or by choosing payment with an invoice. We accept payments in euros.

Transport and Delivery

Delivery to a Sokisahtel store – always free 

If the parcel has arrived at the store, you will be notified by phone. 

 
Omniva parcel machine 2.99€

You will get hold of the products within an average of 3 working days from receiving the order confirmation at your email address. There are 181 Omniva parcel machines that are open all day and night in various locations all over Estonia. The recipient will be notified of the arrival and the location of the parcel via SMS and email. 

Shipping fees will not be added to orders over 30€.

Itella SmartPOST 2.99€

You will get hold of the products within an average of 3 working days from receiving the order confirmation at your email address. 

The recipient will be notified of the arrival and the location of a parcel via SMS and/or email.

You can find out the location and the opening hours of the machine nearest to you by having a look at the map of our parcel machines.

Shipping fees will not be added to orders over 30€. 

Courier 4.90€

The product ordered will be delivered by a courier to the address noted in your order within an average of 3 working days from receiving the order confirmation at your e-mail address. In case of courier delivery, the customer will be phoned in advance and a delivery time will be agreed upon. 

Shipping fees will not be added to orders over 100€.

Omniva post office 6.90€

The parcel will be delivered to a post office. Shipping fees will not be added to orders over 100€.

The goods will be shipped after the payment has been received. 

The delivery time is generally up to 3—4 working days in Estonia, 3—7 days within the European Union, and up to 2 weeks outside of the European Union. The delivery time for some products can be up to 2 weeks — if so, we will certainly inform you via email.

Use of a discount voucher

If you have a discount voucher, you can enter its code it in the appropriate box when completing the order. You can only use one code at a time. Vouchers are issued by the Song and Dance Celebration Gift Shop as part of different campaigns to customers who have signed up for the newsletter. Delivery time

Delivery time is 4 working days for products that are in stock. The delivery time for some products can be up to 1 week — if so, we will certainly inform you via email.

Return and refund policy

If you are not happy with the products you purchased, and you would like to return them, please inform our customer service by email at pood@laulupidu.ee. All products are subject to a 14-day return policy from the time they are received. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging with labels on. You can return products either by post or bring them to our warehouse at Pärnu mnt 146, Tallinn. The return shipping cost is not subject to refund. The original delivery cost will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 4 working days.

All our goods are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Should you still find a faulty product, 
please let our customer service know immediately at pood@laulupidu.ee.

Claims procedure

The Song and Dance Celebration Gift Shop is responsible for non-compliance or defects of the goods sold to the Consumer for a period of up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the Consumer.

In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to submit a claim to the Song and Dance Celebration Gift Shop within two months of discovering the defect, providing the invoice for the purchase of the goods.

In the event of a defective product, we ask that you stop using the product.

The repair or replacement of defective goods is agreed between the Song and Dance Celebration e-shop and the Consumer. Repair costs are covered by the Song and Dance Celebration Gift Shop.


The Song and Dance Celebration Gift Shop is not responsible for product defects caused by inappropriate storage or non-intended use of the product.

In case of non-compliance or defects in the product, please send us a claim by e-mail at pood@laulupidu.ee, specifying the name of the person who made the order, contact phone number, order number, and the exact description of the non-compliance or defect of the product.

Claims for non-compliance or defects in the product must be submitted within two months from the discovery of the product's non-compliance or defect.

All complaints are reviewed, and the Consumer is contacted as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from receipt of the complaint.

The consumer has the right to demand that the Song and Dance Celebration Gift Shop lower the purchase price or terminate the contract and refund the product if the Gift Shop is unable to repair or replace the product, the repair or replacement of the product fails, the Song and Dance Celebration Gift Shop has not eliminated the defect within a reasonable time, or there is unjustified inconvenience caused to the consumer.

If the Song and Dance Celebration Gift Shop refuses to resolve the Consumer's complaint or the Consumer does not agree with the solution proposed and considers that their rights or interests have been violated, the Consumer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Commission through the Consumer Protection Board, or to the court. The consumer may lodge a complaint personally or via a representative. The data of the Consumer Protection Board is available on the Consumer Protection Board website. To address problems encountered in the Member States of the European Union, please contact the European Consumer Centre of Estonia.
